- Standard Office Coffee Service (OCS): We provide the machines at no cost and ingredients as required (including cups, lids and condiments) and determine a per-drink cost with the client. The client pays and offers the beverages as an amenity for employees or customers
- Vending – Ideal for retailers and offices with limited coffee budgets. We provide the machines at no charge with a vending unit attached, allowing the client to charge for each cup. Pricing of the drinks is agreed in advance between Barista on Demand and the client and programmed into the bill or coin acceptor. The customer pays, so this is a no-cost option to the client.
- Revenue Share – We provide machines to retailers or restaurants that charge for the drinks, and pay Barista on Demand an agreed-upon price for each drink served. This is a profit center for the client. This can be set up with cash acceptors on the machine or without, depending on the client’s setup.
- Machine Sale or Lease – For customers interested in making the investment required and managing the program themselves, we will sell or lease machines and sell ingredients off of retail price list. Normal warranty coverage applies, but customers who purchase machines must contract separately for service.
